The following online courses are offered by our certified trainers. They provide an excellent and inexpensive way to maximize the benefits of your BillQuick Software.

Once you signup, you will receive a toll free conference call number with a pass code to join the conference at a specified time. You will also receive a web address where you will be able to see the trainer's screen. High bandwidth Internet connection is preferred but not a requirement. If only a dial-up connection is available to you, please let the trainer know at the beginning of your training session.

BillQuick for Timekeepers

First, Timekeepers receive a brief introduction to BillQuick, including the basics of logging in and role-based navigation. They will then be familiarized with the different fields within the Time and Expense entry screens. They will be taught the different methods for recording Time and Expense and how to significantly streamline the process by taking advantage of many features that make Time and Expense entry fast and easy. Next they will learn how to submit time for approval and review entries after approval or rejection. Few more tips and tricks for duplicating / editing multiple entries and generating reports. Finally, attendees are instructed on how to find the help they need if they forget what they’ve learned. By the end of the session, your Timekeepers will have all the tools they need to make their BillQuick time and expense entry fast and easy!.

BillQuick for Billing Managers

The manager will learn how to send the right bills at the right time for the right amounts in a format that effectively communicates both what is owed and the firm’s professionalism and high value to the client. Orients the manager to key BillQuick elements and the flow of information into invoices. Illustrates client, project and other billing setup options and their impact on the final invoice. Takes the manager from generating a billing record through billing decisions to creating invoices for a variety of billing situations (hourly, fixed fee, recurring, percent complete, phased billing, joint invoices, etc). Presents procedures for batch billing, on-screen billing and off-line billing, as well as creating a manual invoice. Discusses pre- and post-billing reports.

BillQuick<->QuickBooks Integration

The trainee will understand how to integrate BillQuick and QuickBooks. Covers the basics of BillQuick and QuickBooks integration. The trainee learns about communication between the two applications and how to set up the integration correctly. Also, to give firms options to consider, the course includes an overview of common synchronization flows and how they are setup. Best practices will be discussed. Recommendations concerning what tasks should be performed in each application will be made.

BillQuick 1-on-1 Training

The firm will achieve fuller utilization of BillQuick and applications with which it interfaces through this customized course. BillQuick 1-on-1 Training is limited to a single firm per session. Customized to the firm, BillQuick 1-on-1 Training covers one or multiple tasks, feature/functions, and other topics related to BillQuick. A pre-session interview (15 to 30 minutes, part of the 3-hour time block) with a National BillQuick Certified Trainer determines the course content. If desired, a trainer will utilize a firm’s database to illustrate various tasks, integration with QuickBooks, where to fine-tune BillQuick setup and procedures, and similar activities.
