Mark is a Sleeter Certified QuickBooks consultant and an expert in BillQuick Family of products. He has now seven years of support, training and professional consulting experience to help customers with implementation plans based on each individual company's requirements.
Mark is also proficient in converting data from a myriad of systems to BillQuick. Some of these systems are Wind2/Deltek FMS, Deltek Advantage, Deltek Vision, Sema4, Unlink, CPA Software, Practice Solutions and Timeslips.
He is also a Java certified developer and an expert graphics designer.

Sarah Lynch

Sarah troubleshoots and educates customers on BillQuick, Web Suite and the entire BillQuick Family. Drawing on more than 25 years of support, training and consulting experience, she diagnoses issues, whether hardware, software and other technology, providing practical solutions.
BillQuick Customers consistently give Sarah high praise for her patience, knowledge and caring approach.

Felecia G. Dixson

I am a Certified BillQuick Advisor, a Certified QuickBooks Advisor, and an Online Trainer for BillQuick and other various software programs. I am also proficient in exporting to BillQuick from various software programs. I also do online accounting and technical support on software programs like BillQuick, QuickBooks, Creative Solutions and various other software programs. I have been doing national speaking on a variety of programs including the topic of BillQuick.

I am a degreed Accountant from Indiana University. I have been assisting in the editing and writing of the Illinois Farm Tax Manual for University of Illinois since 1998. I have also been involved in the editing and writing of Enrolled Agents Exam Questions for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC since 1999. I have been a partner of Alfermann Gray & Co. CPA, LLC. in Rolla, Missouri since 2002.

I am a current committee member of the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council (IRSAC) to the IRS Commissioner in Washington, DC. I am the Chairman of the Special Enrollment Advisory Committee for the IRS in Washington, DC.

I am a member of National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), National Association of Accountants (NSA) and a member of the Accreditation Council for Accountancy & Tax (ACAT).

On a personal note:
I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. I owned my own accounting practice in Franklin, Indiana for seventeen years. I moved to Rolla, Missouri in 1998, started working for Alfermann Gray and Co. CPA,I am a mother, my daughter, Felecia Annette, is nineteen. She is currently attending Indiana University, majoring in Business Marketing.

I received my BBA from University of Texas. After graduating and moving home to Missouri, I joined the staff of Alfermann Gray & Co., LLC. as a staff accountant.

On a personal note:
I was born and grew up in central Missouri. My father is a minister so we moved frequently. I moved to Texas with my husband, Chad. There I furthered my education by attending University of Texas. After receiving my BBA, we moved back to Missouri to be closer to family.
