BillQuick® Agent- Business Intelligence and Automation
BillQuick Agent is a powerful workflow automation tool that runs BillQuick automatically in order to reduce your overhead and keep your time more billable. It allows you to stay informed about your business without you having to manually run reports. It accomplishes this by performing three critical administrative tasks:
- Report Scheduling - Automated generation and delivery of reports.
- Time Card Monitoring - Automatically detects incomplete time cards and notifies delinquent employees via email.
- Custom Alerts - Agent will monitor custom Alerts for you in real-time and deliver them to you on-screen, via email or on your cell phone as a text message.
In BillQuick Agent, access to all reports is immediately available without having to run BillQuick. With it, users can assign commonly used filters to any BillQuick report (standard or custom) and produce it on demand and/or schedule it to automatically generate and be delivered to computer screens, printers or through email as an attachment.
